Our toolkits are designed to allow our partners to download graphics, resources, and information about the 2021 Believe in Bellevue: An Inspired Day of Giving event at their convenience.
Nonprofit Partners
Step 1: Register
Registration is open June 15 – June 30, 2021.
Step 2: Complete Your Nonprofit Profile
Once your registration has been reviewed, a representative from the Believe in Bellevue planning group will contact you to confirm your participation. All participating organizations will be asked to submit an official logo (PNG file is best) and a description of your organization that will be added to your individual fundraising page on the Believe in Bellevue website. Once your fundraising page is created, you will receive a customized link that you can share with supporters to drive them directly to your Believe in Bellevue donation page.
Step 3: Prepare for Success
Important Dates for Nonprofits
- JUNE 30: Registration to participate closes
- JULY 15: Last day to submit nonprofit profile information
- JULY 20: Ramp up marketing efforts to promote Believe in Bellevue
- AUGUST 4: Believe in Bellevue online fundraising event
- AUGUST 6: Donor lists available to all nonprofits for individual follow up
- OCTOBER 1: Believe in Bellevue donation checks
Step 4: Spread the Word

- Be sure to print at actual size (don’t use “fit to page” option)
- 8.5×11 Poster (Customizable-Word)
Step 5: Finish Strong
A successful giving day depends on you: how you motivate your supporters, how you grow your donor base, and how you excite our community. Celebrate with your donors – send a special thank you to everyone who participated in Believe in Bellevue. Phone calls are best, followed by handwritten thank you notes, form letter thank you letters, emails or texts. Just say “thank you!”
